Measuring P7 socket 4 feet STB5V no voltage, pull the P7 plug, nor STB5V voltage, fault in P1 board on standby. Measuring IC403 controllable 1 foot a + 5 v voltage regulator 14 v voltage input, 2 feet without a + 5 v output, 3 feet (ON/OFF) the control voltage is very low, IC403 2 feet + 5 v output controlled by Q501, Q501 base for low level without conduction. Measuring IC403 3 feet in the road resistance is about 2 k, estimate is not normal. Measured again under welding C470 measurement without leakage, IC403 3 feet in the road resistance around 60 k, put back the C470 welding, start again, have STB5V output, estimation is capacitance C470 stability is poor, has the leakage.
