Due to the remote on / off function normal and mintmark image, that regular U4 ES3207F{13} pin reset circuit decoding board, check the reset pin level really normal. U4 and exit control of the {70} pin (connected to the servo plate IC1{9} pin) pin voltage has been 2.3V, and normal when the reset pin should be low, the fault is due to the reset pin voltage anomaly caused by the corresponding function. Analysis of the reset pin voltage is 0V for two reasons, one capacitor C29 leakage; second is damage to the internal circuit of IC1{9} feet or U4{70} feet. See the figure.

First check that the C29 is no exception, and is clearly IC reset pin. Try to cut off the line between the foot of the IC1{9} to the U4{70}, the test machine can return to the head of the head, the objective lens also has a search operation, access to warehouse control recovery, and can read the disc player. IC1{9} pin voltage is 0V low level, high level reset is normal, while the U4{70} pin voltage is 2.3V, which indicates that the internal circuit of the foot is bad. Due to the high U4, the fault is not very serious, decided to repair the reset circuit, so that the high level of the reset pin level into a low level 0V. According to the principle of high level reduction, to the foot of the U4{70} increase a connection reset circuit, such as drawings in the dashed box in circuit, remove the C29, connect the connection, troubleshooting.
