According to the following steps to clean the lens
1 The non-abrasive camera lens cleaner to a soft, clean, dry cloth . Do not use too much detergent. Abrasive cleaning fluids , solvents or other harsh chemical solvents can damage the lens.
2 Gently wipe the lens with a cloth .
3 When the projector is not in use , the lens cap back into place .
4 . Lens is a precision instrument , not touch or contact with hard objects.

1 Check the volume switch. Input source and volume of the projector switches must be turned on and mute switch must be turned off
