2 . Starvation

 

Starvation is very easy to distinguish one compressor failure , the lack of oil when the compressor crankcase oil with little or no oil .

 

The compressor is a special pump, a large number of refrigerant gas discharged while a small portion of entrained lubricant ( oil or an oil spill called Ben ) . Ben compressor oil can not be avoided , but Ben oil speeds vary. Semi-sealed piston compressor discharge approximately 2-3 % of the oil, and 0.5 % of the scroll compressor . Discharge of the compressor oil does not come back , the compressor will be short of oil . Compressor oil return in two ways, one is the oil separator oil return , the other is a return pipe back to the oil . Compressor oil separator installed in the exhaust pipe on the road, generally isolated from 50-95 % of Ben oil , oil return good results , fast , greatly reducing the amount of oil entering the system piping , thereby effectively extending back to the oil -free operation time .
