Decrease with temperature inside the refrigerator , the freezer temperature sensor resistance rises to the control circuit outputs <0.5V, low cut so Q811 , compressor relay K1 is released , the normally open contacts K1-1 Disconnect the compressor power , refrigeration compressor stall end . With the refrigerator temperature control circuit output high , Q811 is turned on , the compressor to restart cooling, and so forth to keep the refrigerator temperature setting value . When the inner temperature of the refrigerator has dropped setting value, the base voltage of Q811 measured 0.45V, the control circuit indicates normal . Failure may be shorted relay Kl and transistor breakdown . First check the relay K1, normally open contacts has found a welded together, resulting in long-term operation of the compressor stop .
