Specific jam inspection and maintenance:

l. paper stuck in the feeding tract

Cause and Remedy :

( 1 ) feeding clutch control. Adjustment , replacement feeding clutch ;

( 2 ) feeding tract foreign body . Remove foreign bodies ;

( 3 ) Paper deviate blocking cold. Clear the jammed copy paper ;

2 paper card at the separator

Cause and Remedy :

( 1 ) separation with loose, off , off, or separate gas suction , suction force shortage of paper , the paper sticking to the drum or into clean container; replace the separation zone. Adjust the amount of air sucked gas position ;

( 2 ) Paper deviate . Exclude paper deviate failure.

3 . Cleaner frequent jams

Cause and Remedy :

A cleaner in contact with some portion of the photosensitive drum is provided with a grid-like copier bar , which is made of plastic , thus preventing the copy sheet into the role of the cleaner , the normal copy , even if the paper has jammed in this section , the sheet can be easily taken but when the palisade of the damage , the paper goes into the cleaner , the card is very tight and difficult to remove . Then need to make cleaner away from the photosensitive drum , if necessary, remove it from the machine , clear the jam repair or replacement of the palisade , in order to continue the role .

4 . Often in the middle of a jam

Cause and Remedy :

5 on the roll to the drum ( often paper roll onto drums) , check ;

( 1 ) drum separation claws , separated with is good ;

( 2 ) separation of high voltage charging is good ;

( 3 ) side of the paper stiffness than the other surface is very poor , if so, to the contrary , the stiffness or as later were good double-sided paper .
