6 Paper parked in the transmission section ( if the paper is often parked in the middle of the transmission part ) , check :
( 1 ) transmission belt is loose, aging, belt tensioning device is good ;
( 2 ) whether the machine at the bottom of the suction fan is working good ;
( 3 ) Fuser front guide plate angle is appropriate, is clean ;
( 4 ) Central paper path detection switch or sensor is sensitive.
7 . Often a paper jam in the fuser section or in the mouth
Cause and Remedy :
( 1 ) fuser roller pressure is too great ;
( 2 ) fixed to the fixing roller drive gear is good ;
( 3 ) whether the fuser roller too much silicone oil ( silicone too easy to roll onto the paper roll ) ;
( 4 ) the fixing roller are dirty ( eg dirt also make the roll to roll ) ;
( 5 ) whether the fixing roller separation claws deformation aging ;
( 6 ) the paper exit path detection switch or sensor is sensitive.
8 copier jams occasionally
Cause and Remedy :
After the jam , jam the signal lights on the panel, we can side , remove the jammed paper on panel shows the location of the jam open the door or left ( fuser ) and right ( into the paper feed section ) based on . Some high-end paper machine can show the card number to "P1, P2" and so on , said , "P0" means no paper jams inside the host , but the finisher card paper . After removing the jammed paper , you should check that the paper is complete , incomplete folder should be found in the shredding machine . When a paper jam in the finisher , the need to move away from the host pager , pager pressure feed port , remove the jam.
9 Fuser jam
Cause and Remedy :
( 1 ) a foreign body inside the fuser . Clear Fuser foreign body ;
