Cause and Remedy :

1 ) . Copy button micro switch is not working properly . Adjustment and replacement button micro switch ;

2 ) . Main motor failure , check the fan such as work , indicating that the main motor failure, such as the fan does not turn , the power fails . Adjustment and replacement main motor ;

3 ) . The relay control circuit malfunction . Inspection, repair and replacement of relays.

2 , the scan start light does not shine

Cause and Remedy :

1 ) . Wires exposed. Overhaul wire ;

2 ) . Tube ends bad . Clean both ends of the joints ;

3 ) . Lamp burned out. Replace the lamp ;

4 ) . Fuse ( fuse ) burned ; replace the fuse.

3 , near Yan Copy button works fine, but do not copy output

Cause and Remedy :

1 ) . Paper feed motor does not work ; checking lines and motors, to exclude or exchange ;

2 ) . Pickup roller aging or no contact with the surface of the paper ( insufficient pressure ) ; replace the pickup roller , check and repair the pickup roller , when the last one in the first and remain in contact ;

3 ) . Press the paper tray for the hook slide down inflexible ; examine and adjust the platen hook to make it flexible ;

4 ) . Paper cutting edges bonded to each other (not twist open ) ; repeatedly rubbing the paper re- arrange or take to replace the copy paper ;

5 ) . Paper jammed in the feeding deviate Road ; examination paper feeder is installed correctly , check the feeding path for foreign objects ;

6 ) . Feeding clutch does not work ; inspection separation device , check to repair or replace the clutch inspection control circuit ;

7 ) . Zhang is not separated from the photosensitive drum down ;

8 ) . After separating the paper , did not enter the fuser easy road ; inspection separation device and feeding channel .
