Cause and Remedy :
1 ) . Drum fatigue. Drum severe fatigue should replace the drum ;
2 ) . Consumers inadequate or insufficient voltage electrode cleaning lamp illumination. Adjust the voltage or replacement bulbs ;
3 ) . Consumers voltage is too low. The corona wire is slightly closer to the drumhead ;
4 ) . The developing tank too much toner. Adjustment developing inside the carrier, toner proportion ;
5 ) . Carrier fatigue. Exchange carriers ;
6 ) . Clean the poor , when the brush does not turn when you turn . Compaction or brush hair removal ; blade nicked or insufficient pressure ; overhaul brush box ; adjustment or replacement brush comb brush loose ; exchange admiration board or increase the pressure ;
7 ) . Dust bags accumulated powder too . Cleaning and replacement dust bags.
l7, scratch the photosensitive drum
Cause:
1 ) . Charging voltage is too high or too close to the corona wire caused a spark from the drum breakdown ;
2 ) . Admiration board ( brush compaction ) scratch ;
3 ) . Installation careless scratch ( or incorrect ) ;
4 ) . Careless or improper operation scratch ;
5 ) . There is a hard object , such as the song Hey needle is brought into the copier.
Remedy:
Adjust the charging voltage or charge from the corona wire and the drum ; exchange scraper or brush ; required careful installation ; required careful operation ; shutdown if a hard object was observed removing a hard object , replace the drum .
