( A ) , a copier copy after copy all black , all black no image on the copy

Cause and Remedy :

1 . Exposure lamp is damaged. First, observe the exposure lamp light, you can check lamp does not light when the foot contact is good . Whether the exposure lamp is damaged, broken or bad lamp and lamp holder feet and other reasons .

2 . Exposure lamp control circuit. Exposure lamp control circuit fails, check the voltage is normal everywhere , no voltage should check whether the exposure lamp control circuit is faulty, replace the board if necessary.

3 . The optical system failure. The optical system of the copying machine is blocked foreign matter , so that the light emitted by the exposure lamp can not reach the surface of the photosensitive drum . Remove foreign bodies . Mirror is dirty or damaged, as well as reflective angle change , the high light exposure can not make the drum , clean or replace the mirror , adjust the reflector angle.

4 . Charging component failure . Rechargeable component failure ( only NP copying method ) , check whether the end of the charging electrode is discharged insulation breakdown, electrode and the metal shield connectivity (with scorch marks ) , resulting in leakage .

(B ) , a copy of all white

Copies of all white failures divided into no image on the photosensitive drum , and in both cases the image drum .

1 , an image on the photosensitive drum

Cause and troubleshooting :

Wire transfer is bad ; reconnected .

Wire transfer circuit ; replace the wire.

Transfer high-voltage electrode voltage generator damaged or bad ; repair or replace the high-voltage generator reconnect power lines .

2, no image on the photosensitive drum

Cause and Troubleshooting

Bad or charging electrode wire circuit ; reconnect charge or replace the wire electrode .

Charging high voltage electrode voltage generator damaged or bad ; repair or replace the charging voltage generator reconnect power lines
