32, the abnormal rotation of the developing roller

Cause and Remedy :

This phenomenon is a problem with the developer , the process of copying the developing roller drive clutch armature coil has action, measure the voltage at both ends there , indicating that the circuit is good. Carefully observe the copying process is sometimes developing roller does not rotate , then it appears the White Pages or IOUs copy of the developing roller does not rotate the drum will not develop.

Remove the developer , the developer roller drive gear rotated by hand , as found very difficult, further examination revealed that the developer had been choked toner , developer roller rotating load is too large. Since the drive clutch is driven by torsion strength is not enough, so the above phenomenon , remove excess toner , toner volume adjustment under control , to fix this fault .
