33 , the photosensitive drum is not rotated
Cause and Remedy :
This failure occurred in the newly installed machine , or the machine disassembled for maintenance afterwards. This is not the driving gear of the photosensitive drum copier , but by a small circle one end projecting profile slot machine to get stuck on the photosensitive drum wheels . If this file is not down to the tank , the drum will not turn , there is no image on the copy . 34 , the cleaner clogging
Cause and Remedy :
Cleaner copier with one or both ends of nylon gear, which meshes with the drive gear in the machine , the auger is rotated within the drive cleaner , the cleaning off the toner from the photosensitive drum machine continuously flows close end the waste toner box.
In cleaner blockage , when leaking powder cases, should first check whether there is toner or paper block blocked Feifen pathway. If not, then more for cleaner remote gear ( one or two ) teeth chipping away, unable to drive the auger rotation , then replace the same type of gear .
35 , looking after the power switch on, the operator panel lights do not light the whole machine without any operation.
Cause and Remedy :
1 ) First, with a multimeter ( placed AC500V) to check whether there is AC 220V power outlet mains , if not, check the power supply fuse is broken , such as broken, replace the power supply 220v AC mains outlet , then down to check .
