( Seven ) , copy image density unevenness

A copy of a copy of the image unevenly divided into two cases :

One is a regular uneven ; the other is non- uniform rule .

A), uneven failure occurs because there are rules and troubleshooting:

1 . The wire is not parallel to the photosensitive drum , resulting in uneven transfer corona .

2 . Exposure slit on both sides are not parallel , resulting in uneven exposure.

3 . Diffused reflection light interference machine .

4 . The developing roller and the photosensitive drum surface are not parallel ; squeeze liquid material in a dry developing roller and the photosensitive drum is not parallel ; ranging from developing across the gap , will cause the aforementioned unevenness .

B), no rule of reason appears uneven fault and troubleshooting:

1 . Local copy paper damp .

2 . Exposure lamp optical components , such as contamination of the platen glass , the effect of light reflection and transmission of uniform .

3 . Wire transfer charging and contamination , resulting in uneven discharge . To prevent this situation , should be kept clean so that the discharge electrodes evenly .
