Cause and Remedy :

1 . Fusing lamp is damaged or bad ; heating wire circuit , causing no fuser temperature or fusing temperature is too low.

2 . Fixing lamp position changes , the radiation uneven.

3 . Heated fuser roll wear , the surface crater , lax in contact with the paper , so that local fusing strong.

4 . Fuser temperature is too high , or because of the control circuit failure caused the internal temperature is too high , resulting in excessive fixed .

5. Various models of the selected copier toner fusing temperature , fixing time slightly different , so be sure to use consistent toner , toner models based on models.

6. Toner deterioration or copy paper does not meet the criteria , will also appear fusing strong, over- fixing phenomenon .

(XII ) , a copy of dislocation and loss of image

Cause and Remedy :

1 . Timing Timing feeding is not synchronized with the optical system , such as pickup clutch improperly adjusted , causing feed too early or too late. In most machines , the paper feed time can be adjusted , the adjustment of the general position of the clutch .

2 . The registration roller clutch slip , uneven operation , the contact time of the photosensitive drum and the paper changes , the need for a clutch for cleaning.

3 . If the photosensitive drum is also less image period , while charging, developing , exposure lamp , steel platen were normal , the fault may be the drive motor , drive chain loose sake, looseness makes scanning and optical components of the photosensitive drum rotation is not synchronization. Requires repeated adjustments.

Cause and Remedy :
